For Engineers (Talent)
- You confirm all information you provide is accurate and your own
- Your skill grades reflect your own test performance; getting someone else to take the test, or sharing screening questions externally, is prohibited and voids your verified status
- Your profile is shared with companies only after you opt in, and it stays masked until you approve an intro
- Using NxtWaves is free for engineers — we never charge you a fee
- You may withdraw consent or delete your data at any time via /data-deletion or by emailing us
For Companies
- Commission is payable only on a successful hire: 10% of first-year CTC for startups, 15% for larger companies
- "Successful hire" means a candidate introduced by NxtWaves joins your company within 12 months of introduction
- No hire = no fee, ever. There are no subscription, unlock, or per-profile charges
- Candidate identity is revealed only at the intro stage and is shared under confidentiality — not to be shared outside your hiring team
- Hiring decisions, interviews, and references remain your responsibility
Intellectual Property
- Screening questions, scoring methodology, and matching algorithms are proprietary to NxtWaves
- Resume content belongs to the respective user
Limitation of Liability
NxtWaves is a matching and vetting platform, not an employer. Hiring decisions remain with the company. NxtWaves is not liable for outcomes of employment relationships.
